Ingrediants
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar or berry vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- cashews, chopped (optional, but healthier with!)
- olives, chopped.
- 1 clove garlic, pierced
- onion powder or 1/4 an onion finely chopped.
Putting it All Together
- Mix all ingrediants
- Let it sit over night to let the flavors meld.
- Pour over 1 ½ to 2 pounds of pasta
- Stir
- Enjoy!
