Giving away a heart…

Clyde is an interesting fellow.  I hand him the adoption papers to read.

He looks at them and he figures out what they are.  He hands them back and tells me he totally trusts me, he also says, “after all, you are not giving away my heart.”

I think silently to myself, “geez”
My verbal answer: “OH NO, HONEY!! You are doing that ALL on your own!!!”

He says…”Physically”

I think to myself, “duh!”

But, in real life, I think this little side note shows male ala’ vulnerable.  Willing to take the chance none the less.  Blessed are we who are loved by him.
